We have also expanded to offer occupational therapy services in Kentwood/Grand Rapids. Lastly, teletherapy continues to be an option for our families and available for all service types in the state of Michigan.

We offer various in-person and teletherapy services. Sessions can be scheduled for the clinic, home, school, or a community setting within 20 minutes of our Spring Lake office. Secure, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy is available for the states of: Michigan, Vermont, Florida, and Illinois.


Kaylie Stearns, OTR/L has a very unique set of skills and certifications. She has advanced training in Sensory Integration and is SIPT certified through USC/WPS. Kaylie is also an Intermediate Level Floortime Provider and is one of a handful of OTs in the state to be formally trained in the DIR model.


At Sensational Steps Therapy, we utilize a strong play-based approach and our treatments are individualized for each child's unique abilities, needs, and interests. We embrace a team approach, placing a heavy focus on supporting and collaborating with caregivers, teachers, and other providers.
