Pediatric OT Screening (MI, VT, FL, WA)

Service Description

Pediatric OT Screening for children in the states of: Michigan, Vermont, Florida, Washington, and Illinois only. A virtual screening session will be conducted with your child to determine the need for a full OT evaluation. Screening tools/activities used will largely depend on parent concerns and needs of the child. The price of this service includes a short written summary of the information gathered during the screening. *In-person screenings are possible if your home or school is within our travel distance.
